Sizzling Sweet Chilli Sauce

Awarded 2 Star Gold at the Great Taste Awards 2008. Made with chillies, lemon grass,
fresh ginger and garlic, accented by galangal, lime leaves and fresh coriander. It can be used as a dip,
a marinade and pouring sauce with Asian dishes. Contains fish sauce.
Pear and Lime Chutney

My own recipe blending fresh pears with juicy limes. A lovely chutney to serve at any time.
Spicy Mango and Red Onion Chutney

A spicy chutney made with mango, red onions and my own blend of Indian spices. Ideal with curries.
Also livens up cheese on toast and chicken sandwiches.
Chunky Piccalilli

Hand-cut vegetables make this a traditional piccalilli with a twist - garlic and mustard
seeds bring it into the 21st Century. Ideal with good old Ploughman's.
Caramelised Red Onion Relish

Red onions gently caramelised, then cooked in red wine vinegar with a dash of maple syrup. Delicious warmed through with sausages
and burgers, or served as a relish with savoury sandwiches.
Tangy Tomato and Chilli Chutney

Fresh tomatoes, skinned and slowly cooked with fresh chillies, apples, onions and spices. The chillies give it a gentle warmth
without blowing your socks off! Perks up a ploughmans.
Preserved Lemons

Quarters of unwaxed lemons preserved in a brine. Used mainly in Moroccan and Middle Eastern
cooking and delicious in cous-cous. Peel off the flesh and discard, rinse and chop the rind for a unique flavour.
Once you've tried them you won't want to be without them.
Chilli Jam

Fresh tomatoes slowly cooked with fresh chillies, ginger and garlic make a jam the colour
of a fire opal. It tastes of chillies but this smooth jam is 'warm' without being 'hot'.
